Start free with one course and up to ten participants. After that, pay per course (SEK 349–999 depending on participant count) or subscribe from SEK 990 per month. All platform prices are quoted excluding VAT. The monthly plan has no lock-in.

Can I try before I buy?

Yes! The Free plan includes 1 course with up to 10 participants and all features unlocked. Try the complete workflow before committing.

Do participants need to create an account?

Accepted Answer

No. Participants register through a link and get their own participant portal via a secure link in the email — with their registration and, where applicable, invoice and certificate, plus an add-to-calendar option.

How does invoicing work?

Invoices are created automatically on registration, whether the participant pays or their employer is billed. You track payment status, send reminders, issue credit notes, and export everything to your accounting as SIE or CSV files.

Do you support Swish?

Yes! Swish is available for per-course one-time payments. Subscriptions use card payments.

Is the service GDPR compliant?

The service is built for GDPR: consent is recorded at registration, participants can request their data themselves, and personal data is purged automatically according to the retention policy you set.

Does it work for accredited courses and residency training?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Record CME credits and accreditation details, map the course to the residency curriculum objectives for physicians (2015 and 2021) and dentists (2017), and generate certificates. On the Professional plan you can also export evaluation reports for Lipus and EACCME.

How do I take attendance during the course?

Show a QR code in the room — per session or for the whole course — and participants check in with their phones. Attendance then determines who receives a certificate.

What happens when I cancel?

You keep access until the end of your billing period. After that, your account downgrades to the Free plan. Existing course data is kept but can no longer be edited.

Do the prices include VAT?

Accepted Answer

No, all prices are quoted excluding VAT. Swedish VAT of 25% is added at checkout and itemised on the invoice. If your organisation is VAT-registered you reclaim it, so the price above is your actual cost. If you run VAT-exempt operations — VAT-exempt healthcare, for instance — the VAT is a real cost, since it cannot be deducted.
