Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 2026-07-19

Kursregistrering.se provides registration forms, a participant portal, evaluations, check-in, and certificate verification for course organizers. We want as many people as possible to be able to use the service, and this statement describes how the service meets the accessibility requirements, which known limitations exist, and how you can report problems to us.

Conformance with the accessibility requirements

The target is for the service to meet the requirements of the European standard EN 301 549, which for web content corresponds to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA. The requirements follow from Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the European Accessibility Act), implemented in Sweden through the Act (2023:254) on the accessibility of certain products and services.

To the best of our knowledge, the service is fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA on the surfaces covered by this statement. Conformance is continuously checked with automated tests in our development process.

Which parts of the service are covered

This statement covers the service's public and participant-facing surfaces: the landing page and course catalog, public registration forms, the participant portal, evaluation forms, check-in pages (QR), certificate verification, sign-in and account pages, and the legal pages including this statement. The organizers' authenticated administration interface is not covered by the Act's consumer requirements but is continuously tested against serious accessibility defects.

Known limitations

We are currently not aware of any limitations relative to WCAG 2.1 level AA on the covered surfaces.

Certificates and invoices generated by the service are delivered as HTML documents with basic semantic structure (language attribute, headings, and alternative text). Full document accessibility to PDF/UA-style requirements is outside the scope of this statement.

Report barriers and give feedback

If you encounter accessibility problems in the service, or need content that is not accessible to you in another format, please contact us. Describe which page it concerns, what does not work, and which assistive technologies you use. We normally respond within two weeks.

Supervision

The Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket) and the Agency for Digital Government (DIGG) share market surveillance and supervision under the Act (2023:254) on the accessibility of certain products and services. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your feedback, you can turn to Konsumentverket.

Microenterprise exemption

Our assessment of whether the microenterprise exemption in the Act (2023:254) applies to the service is under legal review and will be stated here once the review is complete. Independently of the exemption question, WCAG 2.1 AA is a product requirement we work towards.

How this statement was prepared

This statement is based on a self-assessment combined with automated accessibility testing (axe-core against the WCAG 2.1 A/AA rules) run in our development process for every change to the service's public surfaces. The date below states when the statement was last reviewed.
